Madara is one of the best villains ever appeared on shonen anime/manga. Madara uchiha is the one of the founder of Leaf village along with Hashirama Senju. He left the hidden leaf village due to conflict with harshirama and Tobirama Senju. At a beginning, Madara is just a another shinobi fighting against other shinobi hired by feudal lords. But he thought this endless war is meaningless. he want to find the way to stop it.
When Senju clan and uchicha clan fighting each other for feudal lords, Madara and hashirama become friends and decided to change the fate of shinobi. After long age of fighting, Hashirama and madara come to agreement to form Hidden Leaf Village. As people want Hashirama become first Hokage, Madara disliked left the village and fight against hashirama countless times with nine tails and lose it every time.
After the battle, Madara become rouge shinobi and planned to retrieve the ten tails to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi. To achieve a “peace” through the genjutsu and control. He used obito uchiha to achieve his goal by manipluating, to continue the plan even after his death. His strength, His intelligence and His mangekyō Sharinga abilities first came to light when he was reincarnated by kabuto in fourth great ninja war. So he is definitely one of the best villan of all times.

Sosuke Aizen from Bleach
Sasuke Aizen first introduced as captain of 5th division of gotei 13. Soon after he betrayed soul society by faking his death to obtain Urahara’s Hogyoku. Aizen along with Gin ichimaru and Kaname Tosen retreat from soul society after his plain is not working to Hueco Mundo, where he secertly built the army of Arrancar.
His Ultimate Goal is to Kill the Soul King. So he declared the war against the Soul society and achieving a transcend state through his fusion with Hogyoku. Aizen almost deafeated soul society before defeated by Ichigo. After That, he was sealed by urahara and impriosined in soul society ending his plan to kill Soul King. He later set to free in quincy war, but this time he helped soul society.

Pain from Naruto
Pain aka Nagato Uzumaki is the leader of Most “Evilest” group of anime history “Akatsuki”. He was born in Hidden Rain Village and expienced war in his young age. The war between great nation for power destroyed small village like hidden rain village.
Nagato’s parents was killed during second great shonbi war. As much like Madara, Nagato want to change the fate of hidden rain village people. So in the good ambitions, he started the rebel organisation called ‘Akatsuki; with his best friends. However, his friend Yahiko was killed infront of him. After that nagato never will same again, he started beliving peace is only achieve by fear an pain.
He started collecting tailed beast’s Jinchūriki to create Forbidden Jutsu and finally distribute these equally to the villages so that the sheer scale of the power they all possess will result in none of them using it for extended periods of time where there will be peace.
Everything going correctly for Pain until that little brat ‘Naruto’ appeared and Talk No Jutsued the Pain. After that, Pain reincarnated the entire leaf village he destroyed and died in the Process.

Yagami Light from Deathnote
Yagami Light from the deathnote is main protagonist of that anime at the same time he is the villain of that anime. Light Yagami is the brillant student, but he couldn’t the stand the evil humans are doing. We wanted something to about it, to his surpise he found the note book near the school ground and take it to the school. At the start, he thought it is joke and don’t take it seroiusly.
At the time in TV, the news is broadcrasting live about the mall hyjack by the group of criminals. To test the note book, he just wrote the criminals names in disbelief. To his surpise all criminals are died on live TV, after that he know the potential of death note. Light want to eliminate all bad people by using death note.
Started in good causes, Light Yagami slowing becoming evil himself. When all Bad people died in prison by heart attack. Police got suspious and hired dectective L to find the man behind it. After that, Instead of killing bad people. Light started killing people who try to find him. In the process he become Absolute Evil. He even killed his father in the process. Like ever villains in the list expect Lord Aizen, He had good intention to begin with but loss the good in the process of eliminating the evil.

Blackbeard from Onepiece
Marshall D. Teach aka Blackbeard from one piece is former crew memeber of White beard pirates. He have no good intention is to begin with. He joined the white bread pirates so he can easily find the Yami Yami no Mi devil fruit he is looking for. When the Yami Yami no Mi devil fruit is founded by his fellow crew member, without any hesitation he killed and eated the devil fruit from the fellow crew member. By doing so he bretayed the whitebread pirated. He also defeated the Monkey D Ace who came for revenge and handed over him to world Goverment. In the war he also defeated White Bread and gained his Tremor-Tremor Fruit power and beacame unstopable.
Marshall D. Teach is the admiral of the Blackbeard Pirates, and one of the Four Emperors that rule over the New World. He is also the only known person in history to have a two devil fruits power. the powers of two Devil Fruits.
